- Dedicated Domain: An Enterprise solution lives on a domain of the company’s choice e.g. http://newsletter.company.co.za which improves reputation, integration and brand recognition
- Branded Installation: Enterprise solution is branded in line with the company’s colours and logo
- Service Level Agreement: A detailed service level agreement will be signed between pMailer and the Enterprise depicting each party’s responsibilities and commitments
- Dedicated IP Address: All emails can now be sent from your own IP address unique to your company. A dedicated IP address contributes to greatly enhancing your e-mail reputation and less risk involved as in a shared IP environment.
- Third Party Plug in: After meeting certain criteria’s we plug your pMailer instance into a third party white listing organization. The largest ISP’s and web-based email clients in the world refer to the third party’s white lists before accepting email from various IP addresses.
- Account Management: A dedicated account manager who will advise, consult, monitor and analyze all campaigns.
- Customers: On the Enterprise option a customer has full control over all contact lists and templates within the instance. Customers can add users and monitor their usage restrictions within the instance.
